If payment has already been received for an order that ERAPOSH cannot fulfil, the relevant amount will be refunded.

Prices are displayed in the currency selected or shown on the website. Final charges may vary where currency conversion is performed by a payment provider, card issuer or financial institution.

Payment must be successfully authorised before an order can be processed.

ERAPOSH offers complimentary worldwide delivery unless otherwise stated.

Estimated delivery is generally 3–7 business days after dispatch. Delivery timeframes are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.

Delays may occur due to customs processing, courier operations, destination requirements, weather, public holidays or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

07. Returns & Refunds

ERAPOSH accepts return requests where an item is faulty, damaged or different from the item ordered, subject to assessment and applicable consumer law.

Returns and refunds are not offered for change of mind, incorrect size selection or personal preference, except where required by applicable law.

Customers must contact ERAPOSH before returning an item and follow the return instructions provided.

Approved returns must be sent to our designated Australian return address. Return postage is arranged and paid by the customer except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

If you need to request a change or cancellation, contact ERAPOSH as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled once processing, preparation or dispatch has commenced.
